Miguel Sotelo

Miguel Sotelo is a former Mexican Major League Baseball who played from Mexican club in 1953. The following year he was under the orders of George Genovese in a minor league team in Hutchinson, Kansas Pittsburgh Pirates lower division club. In 1955 he transferred to the Mexican- Arizona league where he shone with Club Cananea pitching a no hitter against Club Phoenix.
One year later he returned to Mexico and made his Mexican Baseball League debut with Tigres de Mexico. He also played for Los Mochis and in his first year had a record of 18-6 with 13 consecutive wins. In the 1962-1963 season playing for Hermosillo he pitched a no hitter against Navajo. He retired in 1967 with a total of 133 win 115 losses in the Mexican Major League and with a record of 130-88 in the Liga de la Costa del Pacífico.
He started his managerial career in 1967 with Ciudad Obregón, and also managed Broncos de Reynosa, Pericos de Puebla, 'Tampico and Sultanes de Monterrey. In 1968 he managed to win the league championship with Broncos de Reynosa〔.(【引用サイトリンク】title=Miguel Sotelo page at Salón de la Fama )
